Shipping policy

Shipping of any non-downloadable goods will be via the method chosen at checkout. If the package is Returned to Sender, TBTN is not responsible for reshipping the package to purchaser. TBTN is not responsible for damaged or missing items if the purchaser chose a shipping method that doesn't have a tracking number or insurance, such as USPS standard shipping. If purchaser chose a shipping method with a tracking number and/or insurance, purchaser should contact the shipping provider to make a claim for and lost or damaged item.
