Refund policy

All purchases are non-refundable. If you have trouble downloading a product, please contact us via our Contact Page. Shipping of any non-downloadable goods will be via the method chosen at checkout. TBTN is not responsible for damaged or missing items if the purchaser chose a shipping method that doesn't have a tracking number or insurance, such as USPS standard shipping. If purchaser chose a shipping method with a tracking number and/or insurance, purchaser should contact the shipping provider to make a claim for and lost or damaged item.
